About Belfast city centre student storage
Belfast city centre houses a growing cluster of PBSA blocks serving Ulster University (whose new central Belfast campus opened in 2022) and Queen’s University Belfast students who choose central living. The biggest PBSA concentrations sit around York Street near the new Ulster campus, the Cathedral Quarter, and Donegall Square. Operators include Vita Student Belfast, Crown Place, and smaller central blocks. The Ulster University Belfast main campus on York Street is in the centre.
Belfast does not have a Clean Air Zone in force. PBSA blocks have concierge loading bays we pre-book. Belongings travel by ferry-link as part of our Belfast-to-GB lorry runs. Tenancies end in late May or early June. Typical Belfast city centre PBSA residents store four to six boxes.
