Grandpont sits immediately south of central Oxford across Folly Bridge, on the strip of land between the Thames and the Botley Road. Most student housing is in Victorian terraces on streets like Marlborough Road, Western Road, and the streets running off Abingdon Road. The area is popular with senior University of Oxford students who want walking distance to the central colleges. Christ Church and Oriel a five minute walk over Folly Bridge.
Grandpont has residents permit parking. Tenancies end early to mid July.
